Not normal: That is definitely not normal. She needs to be seen right away to start the process of determining the cause and the appropriated treatment.

Needs checked!!!: Regardless of what's causing this, she needs urgent medical evaluation. Even if it only happened once a week, I would be concerned. She could be suffering from anything from a true seizure to a pseudoseizure or to low blood pressure from any cause. The list goes on. And, no matter the cause, losing consciousness and/or falling unpredictably is very dangerous indeed.
