When i lay down my ankles and feet swelling go down but when i get up and walk they swell back up?

Swelling Feet: Gravity contributes to the swelling. Swelling can become worse in the afternoon. Buying shoes in the afternoon is a good idea. The swelling you have sounds worse than the normal swelling indicated above, therefore you should be evaluated by your primary care doctor or your podiatrist.

Swelling : Many things can cause swelling from excessive alcohol, high blood pressure, pregnancy and injury. Was there any event that started it? If not i suggest getting it checked.
