No "Diet", please: It sounds like yet another woman's magazine teaser for an unhealthy short-term eating plan. Please work with a nutritionist or health coach to make some lasting lifestyle modifications instead. A reasonable exercise program, reasonable low glycemic eating plan rich in nutrition and low in carbs is the best plan longterm.
