Yes.: We all look at the same tests. But blood test "normals" are based upon each laboratories definition of normal. There is no standard. As you might imagine, normal is different depending upon the type of patient you are measuring. Babies, elderly, females, ethnic groups- all have different "normals.".

Essentially the same: You must look at the normal range stated on the lab report. Each lab regardless of country will have a slightly different normal range.
