Most unlikely, as: the Uterus gets rid of pregnancy in almost all cases. Do check with your Doctor as you might need an examination, if you restart to bleed or you pass clots. In my opinion .the hard physical work you must be doing, would more likely be responsible for the bachacke. Good Luck.

No/may be yes: Back pain is one of the most common reasons people seek medical attention. It could be mild, dull on and off to severe 10/10 crippling pain from spinal herniated disc with "pinched nerves going down the legs. In this case patients have problems sitting, standing or walking. So in case of other milder cases ( uti, miscarriage etc) do see MD, get ua, exam, and ultraso, with this you have answer.
