Is there a drug called nalmefene to treat gamblers?

Yes, but...: Nalmefene hydrochloride, (revex) a long-acting opioid antagonist (meaning it blocks that receptor) has shown promise in treating pathological gambling. It is not however to the best of my understanding available in United States.
