Appendicitis?: If you have right lower quadrant pain which is worse when pressing on it, it could be appendicitis. Appendicitis doesn't always present classically, and pain thresholds among people vary greatly. A ruptured appendix can become life-threatening. If you have RLQ pain & tenderness you should seek contact your on-call physician or seek immediate medical attention.
