MRI : This is a special type of imaging in which you are placed on a bed and this is drawn back in to a tunnel It stands for magnetic resonance imaging. It is using the atomic structure of the cells to help image the body. If you are claustrophobic this is not for you.

S mir is a typo: There is no known "s mir" imaging to compare to MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging). Please check the question again and re post. Respectfully.
