Take your time: Vigorous activity while you continue to have symptoms such as headache, sensitivity to light, blurred vision, poor balance, or lethargy is not recommended. Your brain is more susceptible to repeat injury as symptoms persist. A brain MRI or PET scan would be the most specific way of knowing if you have sustained further injury. Be patient in your recovery and see a provider is symptoms worsen.
