Trichomonas: Trichomonas is best treated with Flagyl, in varying dose schedules. Having unprotected sex with more than one partner can create a "new infection" , since all partners of an individual (male or female) have trichomonas in general if one of the partners ( or their "other" partners) have it. All contacts should be treated simultaneously for effective eradication of the infection.
