Probably coincidence: If everyone feels OK in morning, without persistent pain, then likely coincidental. Only things I can think of that might give multiple people muscle cramps at same time are some infections (should cause persistent pain all over), and heat/exertional cramps if everyone had been on tough hike together, for example. Most likely you all are just predisposed to nocturnal cramps.

Coincidence maybe?: The chances of 3 people waking up the same night in the same household with leg cramping would be along the same odds of getting hit by lightning twice in the same spot or winning the lottery. If you slept together you probably kicked each other otherwise this suggests an external influence such as food or gas toxicity. Check carbon monoxide sensors (unlikely) and get checked out if persistent.
