Shouldn't bother: Vicodin is an opiate narcotic combined with Tylenol (acetaminophen). Most likely this is safe. However, be careful if taking methadone with PVC's, as this type of narcotic can affect the hearts electrical system, placing you at risk of dangerous heart rhythms with the PVC's.
