Good nutrition : I think a healthy diet is an important part of overall health. Yakult is a yogurt drink that contains the "good bacteria" that help with digestion -"Probiotics". Prebiotics refer to the source fuels for these bacteria. Garlic, bananas, oatmeal, berries, onions, legumes and dairy products are some sources. I think if you "listen" to your body you can find which foods are most agreeable to you.
