C-radiculopathy...: ......one of your nasty little brothers shining a magnifying lens on your neck while you're out minding your own business and getting a tan! I'm jealous...we used to live in Austin....beautiful weather but you can keep the fire ants! Now, why at such a young age are you having these issues? Your symptoms could be an entrapment of the suprascapular nerve. See a neurologist for more workup.
