Not likely: Endometriosis may cause abdominal pain, abnormal bleeding, interfere with fertility but it is not likely to cause the issues you mentioned.

Endometriosis: Endometriosis is caused by cels from the lining of the womb growing in the abdomen. These cells can bleed just like the lining of the womb does at the time of your menstrual cycle. The blood is an irritant and causes cramps and occasional diarrhea. Endometriosis does not cause "extreme fatique or chemical sensitivities" .
