Sleep?: If you have poor sleep with excessive daytime sleepiness you could have a sleep disordered breathing problem. This can affect overall health including immune system, hormones, focus, concentration, memory, etc. If sleep is a problem get a sleep study done to see how you are sleeping. You may also need to see your md to get blood work up done to check for any disease processes that are going on.
