A therapist: seeing a therapist can help you. Find a licensed therapist/counselor in your area. It would also be helpful if your parents are supportive to talk to them about it. Seeing your doctor can also guide you in the right direction.

It gets better: You've almost taken the first, most important step which is realizing that you are gay. If you weren't then you wouldn't be saying that you "dont want to be but can't help it" And you are correct, its not a choice, its what you are and the sooner you become that, the happier you will be. Now is the best time in your life to find and fall in love with the guy in your dreams. Dont wait and regret.
