This can sometimes: Occur with obsessive compulsive disorder. I would be very clear in how you describe your symptoms. If you are not attracted to children sexually - that is not pedophilia. So the issue would be fear of being a pedophile or being homosexual.

Get help from: A psychiatrist, and, or a psychologist. If you are not endangering your child, no one will take them from you. If you are getting help for the irrational fears, you are being a responsible parent.
