Half-life: To be conservative always use the top end of half-life ranges. Ativan's is 20hrs to have only half your last dose in your system. So, after approx a day you'd have less than 1 mg in you. After 2 days, .5 -- 3 days, .25 -- 4 days, .125. It should be totally gone by a week. It may be less - but I'm being conservative. Best!
