Need more info: A little on the low side. Check with your primary care physician to rule out any serious problem. When I see a count like this I always order another CBC to double check that that 3.3. was correct.

Thats normal: I believe that is in the normal range. But if you are worried about HIV, you should be tested regardless of your lymphocyte count.

Not likely: This isn't particularly worrisome as it within the range of normal for many labs.
