RLS : You could have restless leg syndrome. See your GP.

Worse at night?: Restless leg syndrome sounds like what you are describing. The symptoms are usually worse at night. It can be a primary neurological problem or the side effect of another medication. See your doctor to figure it out

Leg aches?: I was going to guess Restless Legs Syndrome when you said you feel the need to always move your leg. RLS is not painful, though. You should be evaluated by a doctor.
