Why do i get constant lower abdominal pain/ cramps at all hours of the day? i have fibroids so i know that kinda contributes to it.

GI vs GU: Lower abdominal pain would be coming from the gastrointestinal tract (colon, rectum) or the genitourinary tract (bladder, uterus, ovaries). You need to start by sorting that out and then seeing the appropriate specialist. Keep a diary of the pain and associated symptoms for a week before seeing you FP

Pain: It could be the fibroids, but in general there are several possible causes of cramps in the lower abdominal from a bladder issue, to bowel problem, to endometriosis to pelvic infections and just neuromuscular pain of the abdominal wall. Go see your GYN to start and give a complete list of any other symptoms, so he/she will know how to direct your workup.
