Not a good choice: Acetaminophen (Tylenol) can be damaging to your liver at fairly low doses if taken daily. I would be concerned with any amount over 3000mg daily-that's only 6 Extra Strength (500mg) tablets. The Regular Strength tabs allow you a couple more per day. In general, this medication should not be used for chronic pain in greater than 2600mg daily (that's 8 regular strength tablets).
