No need to chat: Hodgkin's nodes grow to obviously-abnormal sizes and aren't going to grow and shrink. You're a teen, and chances are that almost every one of your friends has a palpable lymph node or two that does the same thing. This time in your life has enough challenges without your obsessing about Hodgkin's. If it is -- it'll be obvious in very short order and it's highly probable we can cure it.
