Radiating Face pain: You have the classic signs of an abscess tooth. Get a DDS/DMD to evaluate if a tooth is the culprit. Is so they'll put you on pain meds, antibiotics to give you time to decide to keep the tooth or not. Is this not a tooth then they will refer you to some one to help figure out what is wrong.

Dangerous infection: You need to see an dentist or oral surgeon ASAP. While most dental infections stay confined to the area around the tooth, some, especially in the upper jaw, can spread to the eye area and even to the brain. A dental infection that causes swelling in the eye area requires immediate treatment. If you can not get to a dentist or oral surgeon then go to the hospital emergency room. DO NOT PUT IT OFF!
