Do i need to increase my calcium intake to help heal a broken leg?

Calcium intake: There are plenty of sources of calcium and depending on your age and sex you may need to be on form of calcium supplementation anyway. I am not aware that this form of therapy helps heal fractured bones though. I common source i recommend is caltrate which has calcium and vitamin d in it --often two a day.
