How do you increase your calcium intake whrn pregnant?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Dairy products: Dairy products such as yogurt, cheese, and milk(if not lactose intolerant) all increase calcium. A word of caution about using large amounts of calcium tablets as it is relatively insoluble(doesn't dissolve well) and can precipitate kidney stones.
