Definitely abnormal: That indicates a rhythm problem in the heart or some sort of electrolyte abnormality. It needs to be evaluated immediately.

Bradycardia : Nl sinus rhythm - heart beat ranges from 60-100 bpm. Depending on symptoms and time of day and body conditioning (eg: runners) - slightly lower HR can be normal. Abn bradycardia: Lyme dz, SIck Sinus syndrome to name a few. You need to see a doctor.
