Low Heart Rate: Low is much better than high when it comes to heart beat. This normal may just be normal for you and that is fine. As long as you are able to easily go about your daily activities there is nothing here to be concerned about.

No: It is not normal. It can be a side effect of quetiapine. A search for other causes is reasonable: thyroid excess, anemia, fever, infection, emotional upset, and pain are typical. More ominous causes include av fistula, congestive heart failure, or sepsis. A 24 hr heart recording would be helpful (to see your hr during sleep).

Heart rate: 93 is a relatively high resting rate, you should be on a regular exercise program and perhaps get checked to be sure you are not anemic or hyperthyroid.
