Need more info: If you have already had CT scan & x-ray I assume you have seen an orthopedic surgeon. What did he/she suggest? Did any one refer you to obtain an MRI of your knee? It also sounds like you might need a second opinion and I would suggest a licensed physiotherapist if all else fails.
