Allergic rash: Your baby may be having red scab on chin and face as allergic rash or he shaving infection of skin . Watch if this red scab becomes big warm or pus coming out then consult your doctor.If it allergic it may go away on its own .

Red Mark: The lesion could be an angioma. A cherry angioma is: Bright cherry-red Small -- pinhead size to about 1/4 inch in diameter, Smooth, or can stick out from the skin. However,without seeing the lesion it is impossible to make the correct diagnosis. If you are worried see your doctor for a diagnosis.
