Yes: Definitely since one disease condition usually does not preclude you from getting another one. Certain foods are more dangerous than others in term of allergy. Peanut tops the list followed by tree nuts and shellfish. Some fruit allergies may just cause a transient itching in the mouth, other food allergies may cause anaphylaxis. However allergy to multiple foods is not too common but not rare
