I was stabbed in the wrist with a pen so i but antibacterial gel on it but it's in pain what should i do?

Seek medical help: Depending on where in the wrist and how deep puncture wounds can cause infection and this area is at high risk for persistent problems if not treated. It needs to be explored/xrayed for remains of the pen, examined for structural injury and specially cleaned. If it is through the skin it needs to be checked by a medical person.
