High bilirubin: If other part of liver function test is normal and only your bilirubin is elevated, it could be Gilebrt syndrome which is a very harmless inherited genetic liver disease, which doesn't need treatment, Bilirubin usually goes up while fasting. The other possibility would be chronic hemolysis (break down of red blood cells) for so many different reasons.
