There is data indicating some of the dozens of separate chemicals found in cannabis can cause liver injury. I would want a full liver enzyme panel to evaluate your present status. Since the material can linger for months in your fat cells, cessation by a regular user does not end the exposure. This could be something else, including infectious hepatitis.
