See a doctor ASAP: This sounds severe and should not be diagnosed over the internet. You need to be seen urgently by a physician, possibly a general surgeon and be fully evaluated to be sure this is not a minor issue. It could be quite dangerous to ignore this. Go and be seen now, and good luck.
