No: Antibiotics treat bacterial, not viral infections.

HIV is Virus: HIV is a virus. It would not respond to any antibacterial infection. Having a fever after an exposure is not in any way an indication of an HIV infection. A cough is not in any way a symptom of early HIV. HIV if there is any symptoms would not have any respiratory symptoms.
