Be more specific: Is the Discharge Vaginal? or are you referring to clear mucus form the lungs-Coughing up mucus with blood tinged? etc. If vaginal, may be early period starting, etc. Ask again with more specifics, and hopefully one of us docs can help you out. Best wishes.
