Levothy 50mcg 3xwk, 25rest for 3mos. tsh dropping (was 7 now 3.7) but no change in ft4 .9 or t3 (liothyronine) 88. dr. won't test for antibody. why are my t's not up?

Thyroid treatment: A TSH of 3.7, and a FT4 of 0.9, is about normal in most labs. You probably need a slightly higher dose of levothyroxine over what you are taking now, but you do not describe symptoms. Whether you have anti-TPO antibodies, or not, will not affect treatment.
