Thyroid treatment: A TSH of 3.7, and a FT4 of 0.9, is about normal in most labs. You probably need a slightly higher dose of levothyroxine over what you are taking now, but you do not describe symptoms. Whether you have anti-TPO antibodies, or not, will not affect treatment.
