Treatment: There are many options to treat. Sitz baths are generally very good, but should be done 2-3 times per day. Pain control can be done with NSAIDs or topical anagesics. Tucks (witch hazel) pads will help with pain and itchiness. You can also try a steroid cream, but not for more than 5-7 days. Final option can be surgical removal if all else fails.
