Im 30 yrs old.i have pcos but got periods for 2 mths wthot pills.ds mth im due on 2nd. hvng brown discharge & cramps for a week but test s neg. advice?

Pcos gives variable : Menstrual cycles are erratic doe to excess insulin and excess LH secretion of ovaries. 1) Menstual cycles can vary significantly. 2) Insulin levels can be controlled by metformin 3) Reduce cabs and use small portions 4) In your case 1) BCP 2) Start metformin therapy and gradually go up to 2000mg (1000 twice a day). You may start improving perhaps in 3months.
