A well balanced core: I am an avid runner and I find it important to use a variety of Core strengthening work outs. Planks are excellent at this. Be sure to hit the lower Abs as well via leg lifts and inclined sit-ups.

I like...: crunches and leg lifts. I recommend avoiding situps with the hands behind the head, as this can cause too much strain on the neck.
