If you still get these symptoms with exercise (or at rest), you should see your doctor and prepare for an evaluation that looks at cardiovascular, neurologic, and metabolic abnormalities. If these symptoms eventually went away, i wouldn't lose too much sleep worrying.

See below: If you haven't recently i would go have a thorough history and physical exam. It sounds like the muscles in your neck or tight. Probably stretching them before and after your activities and alternating some moist heat and ice , careful not to burn yourself maybe helpful. Physiatrithat specializes in sports medicine or an orthopedic surgeon can give you some other recommendations good luck thank you.
