Running High: The sugar level after you eat will normally rise. It will rise higher if you eat food higher in sugar or carbohydrate. Check your sugar 2 hours after you eat and if it is greater than 140 it is too high. If it is too high, you need to meet with your physician and change your diet or think about medical management.
