CAH: Hi. In our lab, that would be high. Did your doc check it to evaluated period irregularities and hirsutism? If so (and assuming a similar normal range to the lab I'm familiar with), it is consistent with non-classical congenital adrenal hyperplasia (CAH) due to a sluggish 21-hydroxylase enzyme in the steroidogenic pathway. The 17-OHP leads to androgenic steroids (androstenedione & testosterone).

Depends: It depends on where in your menstural cycle the hormone has been measured. The hormones level changes throughout the cycle.
