PTS: Post traumatic stress disorder has become more common especially seen in troops coming home from iraq and afghanistan. If you have had a life altering event and find yourself having difficulties coping with day to day affairs then you should try and get some therapy. This does not have to be with a psychiatrist or psychologist. Many clergy are well trained to help.The key is to get help.
