Yes, but should you?: It can be done, but usually people have so much going on that it is a poor idea. Although i routinely perform both panniculectomies and abdominoplasties (tummy tucks), i truly believe that giving birth to a child is an incredibly special event. A mother would want to be able to devote as much time to caring for her infant, not necessarily recovering from an additonal elective procedure. Wait.
