I have had 7infections this year, cold, ear infection, gastroenteritis. i healthy but concerned why so many infections ?'i currently have cold again

Check immune status: If you are getting frequent upper respiratory tract infections, (cold, ear infections), you need to rule out allergy. If gastroenteritis is recurrent, then see a GI specialist. Allergy may be related to the upper respiratory tract infections and an allergist can also determine if you have any immunological deficiency that is the cause of your recurrent infections.
