Typhus blood work: This is the old Weil-Felix test to look for people who may have been infected with typhus and other rickettsial diseases. Usually it's used by public health folks tracking epidemics, and is of little concern to you now. If your main concern is chronic fatigue, chances are this isn't the cause.
