You already know: When you had your tubal ligation you were thoroughly informed that this procedure should be considered permanent and you had to sign papers that stated you were clear that you never wanted to be pregnant again. No. you cannot have a natural conception once your tubes are tied. And it is nearly impossible to have one if you try to reverse the surgery.
